Lab Testing
How does it work?
It's simple.
1. Call us or purchase a test online.
2. We'll get you tested at a center near you (We have thousands of them, nationwide).
3. You'll receive the results in a short period of time.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Once ordered, we'll schedule your appointment for you. We'll schedule you for a time and location that works best for you.

Where do I go to acquire the tests?
You can obtain your tests at a local Health Test 360 affiliated collection site. By scheduling through Health Test 360, you can receive the significant cost savings we offer.
Testing is currently not available in Rhode Island, New York or New Jersey.
Do I need a physician referral to acquire a lab test?
No. Although we accept physician referrals, you do not need a referral to acquire a lab test.
Can my doctor send you my lab order?
Absolutely. Your doctor can fax your lab order to us at 608-807-4100.
Do I have to go to a lab that my healthcare provider refers me to?
Not necessarily. Simply speak with your provider and tell him/her that you would like to have your lab tests performed at Health Test 360.
What lab tests are available?
Most blood and urine lab tests are available at Health Test 360. These are the same tests that you would receive at your doctor's office or hospital. If you do not see the specific test that you need on our website, simply call us to check on availability and pricing. There's a good chance that we offer it.
How long will it take to receive the test results?
Most results are returned within 24 hours. Some tests that are more complicated, require a bit more time.
Are my results kept private?
Absolutely. All of your information is completely confidential. Your results will not be released to anyone else, unless you authorize us to do so.
Does the laboratory have accreditation?
Yes. Our partner labs maintain CLIA certification and are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). They provide services in all 50 states.
Will you review my lab results with me?
No. Health Test 360 is a health service center and furnishes you with results of your lab tests, which you can give to your healthcare provider. We do not review your resulst with you. If you have any questions or concerns about your lab results, you should discuss this with your healthcare provider.
What if my test results are out of the normal range?
If your results fall outside of the normal range, we highly recommend that you review the results with a licensed physician. They will be able to review your test results with you.
What are my payment options?
Payment should be made directly to Health Test 360. This will allow you to receive the significant cost savings for your tests. Health Test 360 does not bill your insurance company. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We will accept personal checks, however, tests will not be scheduled for you until your check has cleared our bank.
How can I receive my test results from you?
When your results are received, you have several options for acquireing them.
You can pick them up at a Health Test 360 location We can mail them to you You can acquire them online, through our secure process We can send them to your doctor (only at your request), who will review them with you
Please note that we will not provide your test results to you over the telephone.
Can my healthcare provider receive my lab results too?
Yes. Simply give us your health provider's information and we'll be happy to send a copy of your results to them for your file.
